Who We Are
We're building TargetOS, the reasoning engine for drug target discovery.
The team combines deep expertise in causal AI, scientific machine learning, and drug target biology. We've built production AI systems at companies from early-stage to public listing, and we've done target discovery and validation inside pharma.
The Founding Team:
Sina Salek, PhD | CEO
Sina leads the development of TargetOS. His background is in theoretical physics and machine learning, with research at Oxford and Hong Kong University. In industry, he led causal inference at Babylon Health and built hybrid mechanistic-neural models for cell therapy manufacturing at Ori Biotech. At Geodesic Labs, he designed the platform's causal AI foundation and the architecture that integrates statistical genetics, network biology, and frontier ML into one system.
Chantelle Hudson, PhD | CSO
Chantelle is a target discovery biologist with deep experience applying AI to drug discovery. At BenevolentAI, she led target identification and validation across 12 disease areas and co-authored research validating AI-derived targets in peer-reviewed publications. At Geodesic Labs, she shapes the scientific design of the platform and its validation methodology, ensuring the causal outputs translate into nominations that are biologically credible and clinically actionable.
Chris Lucas, PhD | Tech Advisor
Chris is an experimental physicist with a background at CERN and the University of Bristol. Over the past decade he has built production ML systems across healthcare, insurance, and climate science, including research leadership at Babylon Health and Tractable. He currently leads the Machine Learning group at Fathom, working at the intersection of climate modelling and geospatial intelligence. At Geodesic Labs, Chris advises on technical architecture and model validation.
We’re being advised by:
Bryn Williams-Jones | Strategic Advisor
Bryn has over 30 years in drug discovery, spanning bench biochemistry, bioinformatics and AI. He spent nearly 20 years at Pfizer before leading a €20 million pre-competitive industry initiative spanning pharma, biotech and academia. From 2016 to 2023, he was SVP Drug Discovery at BenevolentAI, building its drug discovery function from its early days. He is now Founder and COO of Connected Discovery Ltd, advising pharma, biotech and CRO organisations on applying AI to drug programmes.
