Sina Salek, PhD | Co-Founder

A theoretical physicist by training with research tenures in Computer Science at Oxford and Hong Kong University, Sina bridges the gap between abstract complexity and operational efficiency. He transitioned from academia to industry to solve the 'black box' problem in high-stakes environments where standard AI fails.

At Babylon Health, he led Causal Inference initiatives to optimize primary care delivery, before moving to Ori Biotech to transform cell therapy manufacturing. There, he developed hybrid mechanistic-neural models, embedding dynamical systems directly into AI architectures to capture the physical constraints of the real world.

As the full-time architect of Geodesic’s methodology, Sina leads our Feasibility Sprint and technical validation streams. He is solely focused on ensuring that every client roadmap is scientifically rigorous before engineering begins, guaranteeing that partners invest only in solvable, high-ROI problems.

Chris Lucas, PhD | Co-Founder

An experimental physicist by training with a background at CERN and the University of Bristol, Chris specialises in turning scientific theory into commercial reality. Since 2015, he has been at the forefront of Machine Learning for Deep Tech pioneers, having led major ML research streams at Babylon Health and contributed to the technical growth of Tractable.

Chris serves as the Chief Scientific Architect for Geodesic Labs, ensuring all client architectures meet rigorous production standards. He maintains active leadership in the field as the leader in the Machine Learning group at Fathom, where he operates at the intersection of climate science and geospatial intelligence. This dual-track engagement ensures Geodesic’s methodologies remain at the cutting edge of applied AI.
